Possible issues?

  1. Your mobile operating system is very old.
  2. You entered the wrong international mobile format.
  3. Entered the wrong username.
  4. Lost your password and login details.
  5. I do not get my SMS.
  6. There is an issue with our APP and we want to fix it.

  1. Your mobile operating system is outdated.

Currently all Android phones with an operating system above 5.6 should be able to register on our APP. Not that your phone is old, but the security levels on all the different phone models make it default for developers to always track issues. Kindly register directly on our website by selecting the mobile registration option if you have any issues. All you need is the SMS to confirm your number.

2.You entered the wrong international mobile format.

Quite a common issue. Read our forum here on help. Who hope to make this easier with our next APP update.

  1. Entered the wrong username.

Your username is your “International Mobile Number”, not your name or email. Example: +2782…

  1. Lost your password and login details.

On the APP, go to the LOGIN form and take the link “reset password”.

  1. I do not get my SMS.

Currently we make sure of BULKSMS.com, international operator that deliver the SMSs to the local carrier in your country. Our test so far indicated that any delays will be with your local carrier. Your code will be valid for 24hours for registration.

  1. There is an issue with our APP and we want to fix it.

Any feedback is highly appreciated. Either contact us on our Facebook Page, click here for our support page, or send us an email to support @ reworta.com with full details, the make of your phone and the operating system number. This would help is a lot to track the issue.

Alternatively, you can also register through our website, by selecting the mobile user registration option. Once registered, you will be able to login on your mobile phone.
